The charge for the outside service would be $15.00 per audiogram which uncludes a case history and a complete air conduction test by a certified hearing consrvationist; in addition, the cost of computer audiogram analysis based upon the number of employees as indicated in Plan B.
The major cost difference between Plan B and Plan C occurs after the intial year when the annual cost for Plan B would be considerably lower than Plan C.
A modified Plan C would include the purchase of a sound treated booth by your company and a contract for the audiometric testing and audiogram analysis with ABC. This modified Plan C would insure that the audiometric testing is conducted in a controlled environment year after year within the plant facility.
